Sarah Poole launched Choc in a Box Fountains Ltd in July 2007 and after being successfully accepted to teach the CIEH Basic Food Hygiene decided to expand Choc in a Box to utilise the skills she has been developing over the past 17 years.
Sarah has endless enthusiasm, energy and passion. She is highly motivated and committed to her students. We can assure everyone receives an excellent training session:
- We can teach a max of 20 students and there is no minimum number
- We will respect client confidentiality and do individual training if required
