Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of £150.00 is required after completing the booking form, this can be done instantly using a credit or debit card via Paypal, or a cheque can be sent to us payable to "Choc -In –A- Box- Fountains- Ltd".  This must be received within 7 working days to secure your booking.

The balance of any payments must be received 1 month prior to the date for which the fountain is required.

A booking will be held provisionally for seven days after the booking form is submitted.  If we do not receive the deposit and the completed form, the booking will be cancelled, unless previously agreed in writing.

Please note, no refund will be offered for any bookings cancelled within one calendar month of the event.

A claim will be made against the customer for costs incurred as a result of any malicious or accidental damage caused.

Refreshments are required for operatives.
